Administrative law is a field familiar to our team as many of our partners have held in the past or continue to hold relevant roles in the public sector.

• obtaining the documents required for the client’s qualification as required by regulation or bidding documents;
• in-person participation in public consultations involving proposed regulatory changes to defend the client’s interests;
• preparation of contributions in public consultation proceedings regarding regulatory changes; and
• assessment of rights and obligations arising from provisions contained in administrative contracts subject to public bidding proceedings.
