Since then, we have been responsible for structuring and financing some of the most emblematic projects in Brazil, which include petrochemical plants, thermoelectric plants, gas pipelines, oil and natural gas production fields, construction of rigs and offshore production units (FPSOs), and several complex constructions.

In addition, we were responsible for structuring several other transactions involving fundraising in the form of capital from mezzanine, private equity and venture capital funds.
